I bought a 100 classic oven from Fiesoli Arte, and during the holidays with the help of my dad I was able to assemble it. After some ignition and resistance tests, I am enjoying this fantastic oven with bread and pizza, all in baked clay and not refractory concrete. The maestro Di arte fiesoli, Andrea, is an exceptional person, always available and quick to respond to messages on WhatsApp, even in the evening and on holidays. I had excellent advice only from him, to bring the oven to the conditions of a real pizzeria. A very special thanks to Andrea. Oven highly recommended.
