This barbecue, small and easy to move, thanks to the practical closure, is suitable for those who do not have much space and is perfect for both the garden and the balcony. Made externally in Impruneta terracotta, it is perfectly resistant to bad weather and up to -20c. The interior, on the other hand, is made up of our refractory material which guarantees very long cooking even when the embers are off (up to 3-4 hours). It is also specially treated with a particular product that makes it impermeable to both water and oil or grease.

The ignition should be carried out with common charcoal, without exaggerating the impetuousness as the more refractory is able to absorb heat the longer it releases it, so it is counterproductive to practice large fires with long flames. The refractory interior is specially designed to provide the right flow of air, making ignition much easier.
