This new product designed by FIESOLI a.RTE is made entirely by hand.
It combines the beauty and resistance of the Impruneta earth with the perfect cooking of the pizza thanks to the refractory terracotta top.
Technical features: 2 separately thermostated heating elements, that of the hob from 1500W that of the upper floor 600W. It reaches a maximum temperature of 322 degrees C in 20 minutes and cooks the pizza in about 3/4 minutes.
The refractory terracotta top allows uniform and professional level cooking.
